Useful informations

• Door locks automatically, doesn’t require the use of the card
• In case of card loss, please inform promptly the Hotel
• Card also opens the back door to the parking area and beach side
• You can request a second copy of the key with a deposit of €5 to be returned at check-out
• Lights and air conditioning are operated manually - air conditioning stops if windows are open
• You will find Minibar empty - please contact the Reception if you need drinks
• Derby umbrella provided in case of bad weather, free service during the stay (if interested in purchasing, on sale at the Reception at €5.00)
• Free services available upon request at the Reception:
  - Kettle in the room
  - Extra courtesy kit (personal hygiene items such as: toothbrush and toothpaste, razor, cotton pads, cotton swabs, nail file, shower cap) or professional hairdryer
  - Mat/towel for Yoga class available for free use
• Availability of beach towels for free use - security deposit request of €10
• Derby umbrella provided in case of bad weather, free service during the stay (if interested in purchasing, on sale at the Reception at a cost of €5.00)
• Availability of Sky TV package in the room, to be requested at the Reception, at a cost of €5.00 per day

Front Desk opening hours

• From 7 am till 10 pm are available the Front Desk staff and the Administrative Manager
• From 10 pm till 7 am you will find our night surveillance Manager

Room cleaning Service

• Rooms will be cleaned from 8:30 am to 12 pm - if you do not want to be disturbed, place the “DO NOT DISTURB” tag outside the door. In case of staying in the room after 11:30 am, cleaning must be requested notifying the Reception or displaying the card outside the door

Payment of the stay

• Required within 48 hours of arrival at the hotel, after verifying that everything is as foreseen in the booking; any further extra charge during the stay will be calculated upon departure

Use of the Safety deposit Box

• Inside the wardrobe you will find a safe with its personal key
• Leave it there at check-out
• THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VALUABLE OBJECT LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE ROOM

It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE inside the rooms, which are also equipped with detectors capable of activating the fire alarm.
